This list of FAQs includes details about our COVID-19 policy, cancellation policy, and other topics so you can register with confidence. How do I register?

Early Registration for the UAP NATCON 49 open on 1 Dec to 31 Dec, when we’ll provide clear instructions. Please review the schedule in advance so you can decide which program / events you’d like to add to your registration. For the best registration experience, please use the Google Chrome browser. 

Regular Registration: 1 January – 29 February

Late Registration:1 March – 31 March

 

Step-by-step guide to registering for NATCON 49

  1. Click Don’t Have an Account?
  2. Enter Email Address
  3. Complete Form and Set Password
  4. Email Confirmation
    Check your email for a message containing your username, password, and a validation link.
  5. Click Validation Link
    Click on the validation link to confirm your email.
  6. Email Validated
    Your email is now validated. You can log in to your NATCON 49 account.
  7. Log In
    Log in using your username and password.
  8. Select Package
    Choose a package (NATCON BASIC UAP, NATCON BASIC UAPGA, NATCON BASIC UAPSA) and provide delegate details.
  9. Agenda Tab

Select one track per session. There are 10 sessions in total. The system will automatically identify any conflicting schedules in your selections.

 

Note: Everyday’s opening shows and plenary sessions are automatically included in your NATCON BASIC Package. Please note that the Balangkasan session has a duration of 3 hours. During an ongoing Balangkasan session, you will not be able to select any other programs.

    Review your NATCON BASIC selections on the right panel, ensuring at least sessions 1 to 10 are covered.
  2. Social Nights Tab

Choose up to 4 social nights add-ons.

Select up to 1 tour add-on.

Note: Please review your selected add-ons day 4 archi-tour carefully before making a payment. Once the payment is made and the certificate of registration is released, you will not be able to change your session.

    review your selected track sessions, add-ons, social nights, and tour before
    proceeding with the payment. Once the payment is completed and the certificate
    of registration is released, changes to your selected track sessions, add-ons,
    social nights, and tour will not be possible.

  4. Dragon Pay
    You’ll be redirected to Dragon Pay. Select your preferred payment option.
  5. After Payment
    After payment, you will receive two emails:

a. Payment confirmation from Dragonpay

b. Certificate of Registration

What’s included in my registration?

NATCON BASIC Registration includes access to all core program sessions, including all plenary sessions. You can add events such as social nights and off-site program tours. These events have an additional cost.

Can I register only for architours or the social nights?

No, you’ll need to purchase NATCON BASIC to register the social nights and off-site program tours. These events have an additional cost.

Are one-day passes available?

At this time, we are not selling one-day passes to the convention.

How many CPD points will I get from this Convention?

We are currently in the process of compiling all the necessary documents for CPD accreditation for our sessions. We will keep you updated on the pre-approved CPD points for each session soon.

Can UAPSA or UAPGA attend NATCON 49?

Yes, with limited seats.

How do I add programs to my existing registration?

You can always register for add-on programs after you’ve purchased your NATCON BASIC. Simply follow the below steps. If you need additional assistance we are also happy to help you…just email us at info.uapnatcon@gmail.com .

To add programs to your NATCON BASIC:

  1. Log into https://natcon49reg.unitedarchitects.ph/registration/member/login.
  2. Then click the Continue button on the Pass tab. 
  3. Agenda Tab (if you failed to select you track on you previous registration, you can now complete you sessions)
  4. Select one track per session. There are 10 sessions in total. The system will automatically identify any conflicting schedules in your selections.

    You can Add more social nights event to your selection

    You can add a tour if you have not selected a tour previously
  7. Proceed to Checkout
    In your check out summary, your previous selection will be displayed together with your new selection.
  8. Dragon Pay
    You’ll be redirected to Dragon Pay. Select your preferred payment option.
  9. After Payment, you will receive two emails:
  10. a. Payment confirmation from Dragonpay

    b. Certificate of Registration


What is the COVID-19 policy for the convention?

The COVID-19 policy for the UAP NATCON 49 adheres to guidelines established by the local health authorities in the Philippines. We know that individuals have different health conditions and comfort levels and ask you to act responsibly and respectfully in accordance with your choice.

Are meals included in the convention fee?

Meals are not included in the ticket price. Delegates have the option to purchase meals, snacks, sandwiches, and beverages from the Conex Food Hall or nearby restaurants.

Is there a discount promotion?

A 20% discount on NATCON Basic Fee is available for PWD, senior citizens, current NBD and COF of FY 2023-2024.

How can I request an invitation letter??

If you need a letter of invitation before you register for the 𝗨𝗔𝗣 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝟰𝟵, email 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨.𝐮𝐚𝐩𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐧@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 with the subject 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭.

𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐛𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫:

  1. Please include your full employment information and mailing address. Please provide as much information as possible.
  2. The official UAP NatCon 49 letter of invitation is to be used for you to attend the convention only.
  3. UAP NatCon 49 is unable to provide financial support for your participation.
  4. Letters of Invitation will only be sent to UAP members attending the convention.
  5. We cannot provide invitation letters for spouses or guests.
  6. The Letter of Invitation will ONLY be sent by email to the email address provided.

Is the Convention a hybrid event?

Details for the hybrid component of the convention will be available in February 2024. There will be limited capacity, with priority given to international UAP chapter members.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent attendees from participating in our conference. To ensure a fair and transparent refund process, the following refund policy is in place:

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received 60 days or more before the conference start date.
  2. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between 30 and 59 days before the conference start date.
  3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference start date.

Refund Requests:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info.uapnatcon@gmail.com with subject Refund. Include the attendee’s name, registration confirmation number, and a detailed reason for the refund request.

We will begin processing refund requests starting in May 2024. You will receive an email and notification once your refund is available for collection at UAP HQ. Please note that we can only accommodate bank transfers to accounts under BDO, CBS, and BPI.


How to Request for an Original Recipt?

Upon registration, there is a tab where you can request the original receipt and provide the necessary details. If you have filled out that section during registration, please await an email with instructions on where to collect the original receipt during the first three days of our NATCON. A specific booth for Original Receipt Collection will be designated, and priority will be given to those who made requests through the form.
 If you require the Original Receipt before NATCON, please contact UAP HQ at 76218226 to inquire, a scanned copy of the Original Receipt will be emailed to you. All Original Receipt will be given during the NATCON event.

 

What is the Dress Code for Attending a Convention?

No strict dress code this year, but we recommend business casual attire for comfort during extended sitting. Layered clothing is advisable for temperature variations. Avoid overly casual outfits like jeans and T-shirts. Opt for comfortable footwear for standing and walking. Dress modestly and feel free to express your style within the professional spectrum.
